The Role

As an Airworthiness Planner it is your main responsibility to coordinate the wider Airworthiness department and ensure that its inherent duties are allocated and executed with maximum efficiency. You will receive information from numerous sources, both internal and external, and it will be your role to ensure its fidelity and relevancy in each instance before disseminating it to the team. This will involve the detailed assessment of the data provided and will require an organised and meticulous mindset with an excellent attention to detail.

 

Additionally, you will integrate with management, providing them with suitable support materials including reports that highlight key information, trends and advised actions from relevant subject matter experts. To achieve this, you should be able to utilise data analysis processes and techniques that can accurately develop key insights as well as leverage relationships with stakeholders from all backgrounds and levels of business.

 

As well as this, it is imperative that you highlight any potential roadblocks or bottlenecks and quickly develop solutions that will help to mitigate them. This will require demonstrable problem-solving skills and a methodical, process driven approach to ensure that issues are identified proactively, and effective solutions are devised and implemented.

 

About You

  • Possess some experience in a planning-based role, potential project, engineering or maintenance planning
  • Able to apply data analysis tools and techniques to develop effective insights and reports
  • An ability to deal and collaborate with stakeholders at all level of business
  • An open, friendly and proactive approach to stakeholder management and departmental collaboration
  • Experience in problem solving and the continuous improvement of business operations
  • A well organised, attention to detail driven, approach to your personal delivery
  • Experience working with planning and document management software in an operational or academic environment
