Salary: £31,260 to £35,000 depending on experience

Contract type: Maternity cover fixed term contract 9 – 12 months (to start end of August)

The internal recruitment team sit within the HR department and look after a huge variety of exciting vacancies across the organisation. These range from permanent hires both internally and externally, fixed term contracts/secondments and short-term contractors for specific projects.

 

As a TA Consultant, you will provide strategic and creative input whilst leading the full recruitment lifecycle. It’s your role to strive for an engaging experience for candidates, hiring managers and others involved in the process whilst always focusing on our People Strategy.

 

You'll work closely with hiring managers to fully understand their needs and provide experienced advice on recruiting trends, legislation and candidate attraction methods that are appropriate.

We support hiring managers by screening candidate applications at the first stage to build a shortlist using the ATS (Success Factors), whilst also directly sourcing candidates through various channels.

 

In addition to vacancy management we'd want you to:

 

  • engage with candidates proactively to build relationships and grow the CAA reputation
  • partner with our recruitment agencies on the psl (preferred supplier list) where required
  • research appropriately to keep up to date on what is happening in the Talent space
  • partner with other HR colleagues in a collaborative and encouraging way

 

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in or lead other projects alongside your main role that fit in with your career aspirations and personal development goals.

 

About You

 

Recruitment experience including direct sourcing, candidate management, ATS management and knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter will be essential.

 

Being able to prioritise a changing workload and manage expectations is a huge part of this role, a bit like plate spinning!

 

It’s important that you can collaborate with internal and external partners in an engaging and professional way and have a creative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
