The Role

 

If you are an experienced Administrator and have worked in an Accounts  or have a Bookkeeping background, or maybe you have a keen interest in this area, then our new Accounts Administrator could be just what you are looking for.

 

This is a varied role where you will be keeping the IT hardware records for the group. This will include maintaining records for the movement of IT hardware, assisting in the identification of upgrade or replacement requirements, liaising with our IT team, and managing cost proposals and orders for the group.

 

You will also be responsible for the maintenance of accurate mobile device records for the group. You’ll keep a track of all mobile phones and other devices, purchasing handsets and peripherals, liaising with our Procurement and the external provider on the device contracts and monthly reconciliation of the device costs for processing invoices.

 

A vital part of the role is general accounts administrative support, purchasing and invoice processing, and accounting for ATOL income, daily reconciliations, reviewing charges and liaising with our Treasury and other internal teams across the group

 

About You

 

  • Bookkeeping qualification/knowledge is beneficial however if you have strong attention to detail, we are keen to hear from you.
  • Excellent administrative skills, key to maintaining accurate records.
  • Self-reliance and ability to take initiative but must be able to work as part of a team.
  • Understanding of the nature of costs and income and why accurate accounting records are required.
