To support a positive work-life balance, we offer a range of benefits, including 28 days of annual leave with the option to purchase an additional 5 days per year. The pension provides a tax efficient way to save for retirement and at the CAA it is paid via salary sacrifice. By paying via salary sacrifice you reduce the amount of tax and NI you pay as the salary you are paid is reduced. As a permanent or fixed term colleague you are automatically enrolled in the scheme. To benefit from the CAA’s contribution, you are required to sacrifice a minimum of 3% of your pensionable salary. Within limits the CAA matches the amount on a 2:1 basis. The maximum you can contribute is 6% and in this case the CAA’s contribution would be 12%.
