Some of our colleagues have the opportunity to sign up for level 4-7 (up to MSc) apprenticeships in regulation, data and professional support services.

Supporting our people to develop knowledge and skills helps us to improve and innovate.

We don’t currently have an apprentice programme with a regular intake.

Our value of Never Stop Learning is important to us, particularly with so many highly specialised roles in aviation and space.

We have graduates working in different areas, such as CAA International and Consumers & Markets Group.

We plan to increase our graduate numbers, so please contact us if you'd like to hear when we do.

STEM and work experience

We want to inspire young people to explore careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths), aviation and aerospace to support and encourage their future career choices.

Aviation and Aerospace needs to be ready for the future and we need different talent, ideas and values to make that happen. We also run a virtual work experience week in July.

Visit our STEM site for Key Stage 1-3 teaching resources and other fun activities for young people.
