The Role
The purpose of the Talent Development Coordinator is to provide end to end support to the Talent Development team, within our Organisational Capability function, as well as seek ways to improve our processes. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating talent development programs, initiatives, and resources aimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge, and overall career development of our colleagues. This includes the co-ordination and administration of our online and in person corporate programmes. Your work will directly contribute to the CAA's success by ensuring that our colleagues are equipped with the skills and competencies needed to deliver their roles.
Core Accountabilities
- Support delivery of the CAA learning and talent development strategy.
- End to end co-ordination of coaching and mentoring programmes.
- Administer and advertise learning programmes through our Learning Management System within Success Factors.
- Manage all Talent and Development enquiries and team Outlook inboxes.
- Provide support to the planning, coordination, and delivery of training and development programmes, both in-person and digital, to enhance colleagues’ skills and competencies.
- Conduct Success Factors system testing as required.
- Support the collation of training needs and development requirements of CAA colleagues in line with performance development conversation cycle.
- Proactively manage third party providers to design relevant materials and course deliveries. This will involve liaising with procurement as well as ongoing management of suppliers.
- Support the delivery of the CAA Corporate Induction, including arrangement and coordination monthly.
- Manage learning within allocated budget providing cost-effective solutions and ensure invoices are logged and processed.
- Develop and maintain a central resource hub to share learning collateral, policies, and procedures in a creative, engaging and informative way.
- Work with the wider HR team where needed to ensure that learning events run smoothly.
- Create and maintain the relevant talent and development policies and process to ensure continuous improvement and relevance.
- Implement assessment tools and methods to measure the effectiveness of training programmes, gather feedback, and use data-driven insights to make continuous improvements.
- Assist colleagues with talent and development queries and advice.
- Support projects on a variety of topic areas such as onboarding, SharePoint and induction.
- Curate and recommend learning resources, both internal and external, such as online courses, workshops, and conferences, to support colleague development.
- Maintain records and generate reports on talent development progress and outcomes.

- Proficiency in learning and development technologies and tools.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in the use and administration of IT Systems, MS Office package.
- Analytical skills for assessing training program effectiveness.
- Strong attention to detail.
