Benefits

The CAA can only deliver on our vision of aviation excellence with an engaged and happy team and so we take our approach to reward, recognition and benefits seriously. It is rewarding to know that our people feel strongly about their contribution to our shared vision. Of course, we also strive to ensure everyone has a competitive salary and much more in terms of benefits to recognise and reward their impact.

  • Life/Work Balance (1/4):

We work hard to create a positive balance between life and work, giving individuals the freedom to choose what works best for them:

    - 28 days annual leave, increasing with service, with the opportunity to buy additional days

    - Full time colleagues work 35 hours a week. Wherever possible, we offer flexible and variable working hours to help our people effectively manage all areas of their lives

    - Family leave policies including maternity and adoption leave of up to 26 weeks full pay

    - A social club that organises subsidised trips and events

  • Pension Scheme (2/4):

We offer a competitive contribution pension scheme. We will contribute twice the level of your contribution, up to a cap of 12% from us (and you can contribute more if you want to)

  • Colleague Recognition Scheme (3/4):

Our recognition scheme is a brilliant way for anyone to thank or congratulate a colleague or colleagues, so that they get the credit they deserve, when they deserve it. This might be via a thank you e-card or a ‘points’ award, which they can use to treat themselves to a gift of their choice.

  • Voluntary Benefits (4/4):

We provide a wide range of voluntary benefits that enable you to personalise your choices to suit your life. The options range of benefits related to health and fitness and general wellbeing, through to financial savings and high street discounts.
