Salary: £17,500 per annum
Contract Type: 18 Month Apprenticeship

This role would exist within the Aviation Security Compliance Business Support Team to provide administrative and business support to the wider Aviation Security Directorate whilst meeting the objectives set out within the Regulatory Compliance Officer apprenticeship standard. This is in partnership with Babington.

The Role

To provide support to SMEs and responsibility for provision of technical specialist advice and training for international customers, based on UK and/or EASA/ICAO regulatory expertise, supported by industry/operational experience.

 

Application of specialist knowledge to support on creation of effective technical solutions bespoke to each country we work with.

 

To provide project bid and delivery support from a technical perspective, and liaison with Clients and other tasks in order to support the overall business plan, delivery and overall profitability in order to achieve the company goals.

 

To provide technical, administrative and business support to the wider Aviation Security Directorate. The role provides support to internal and external stakeholders responding to a wide range of aviation security regulatory and compliance issues.

  • Ability to work unsupervised using own initiative in reaching good judgments to identify when escalation is required
     

Additional Skills & Qualifications
 

  • GCSE 4/C/Level 2 in Math and English
  • A-levels or equivalent technical qualification
  • Good IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
