About You

We are keen to hear from individuals who have experience working in stakeholder management or stakeholder-facing roles at a senior level within large public or private sector organisations with multi-faceted stakeholder relationships.

You’ll have a wide experience engaging and securing buy-in from senior stakeholders internally and externally.

Experienced communicator with a practiced knowledge of developing audience analyses, communications channels and engagement tactics across a complex landscape with multiple interfaces at various levels of seniority and types of relationship.

What Can We Offer You?

You will be joining an exciting Communications Department which covers a broad range of internal and external communications channels with a very dynamic approach to issues management. The CAA’s work is high profile and regularly attracts mainstream, national media attention. There is significant public, political and trade interest in our work.

You can really add value as you will be looked upon for advice by the Communications Director and the wider team to ensure that there is a coordinated and coherent approach to stakeholder engagement and the management of interactions with the CAA’s most senior and influential stakeholders.

This role is pivotal in making sure the Communications Department’s work is integrated across the different functions to prevent silo working. So work is strategic and focused on an organisational priority, rather than a specific channel.
